Perfume is personal. Once it is opened, it becomes part of someone's story, which is why we cannot take it back once it has been used.

Returns and exchanges:

Because of the nature of fragrance, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

If it arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect

Tell us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with:

your order number

a clear photo or short video

a line on what went wrong

Once we have verified it, we will arrange a replacement. Our courier will collect it from your door, so you do not need to ship anything yourself. Please keep everything in its original packaging while we review.
