Returns & Refunds

Fragrance is personal, so please read this before ordering.

What we accept

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging, within 7 days of delivery.

What we cannot accept

Opened bottles and used testers, for hygiene reasons. Discovery sets where any vial has been opened.

Damaged or wrong item

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving the item.
