Perfume is personal.
Once opened, it becomes part of someone’s story.
Because of the nature of fragrances, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used
products.
But if something arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours of receiving it.
Send us:
• your order number
• clear photos/videos
• and a small description of what went wrong
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
A small note:
Please make sure the product is unused and kept in its original packaging while we review the request.
Refunds, once approved, are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
